This program prepares middle and high school students to manage community health initiatives and fundraising efforts for Hands 2 Heal. Participants will develop practical leadership skills by learning how to identify community health needs, plan outreach events, and communicate health education topics effectively. The curriculum covers the mechanics of fundraising, from digital campaigns to local business partnerships, as well as the operational requirements for student-led health camps. Students will gain the necessary tools to coordinate logistics, manage donor relationships, and support the organizational goal of expanding healthcare access to underserved populations through clear, actionable projects.
